Mox Promotes Edwin Hui to Chief Operating Officer

Hong Kong, 30 June 2023 – Mox Bank Limited (“Mox”) today announced the promotion of Edwin Hui to the position of Chief Operating Officer ("COO”), effective 1 July 2023. His promotion to COO makes him the first “home-grown” Moxster to ascend to a C-level executive position.

Edwin, a founding member of Mox, has been the Interim COO and Head of Strategy at Mox since January 2023. He has also been with Mox for close to five years and has played a key role in the launch of the bank, including the setup of the joint venture partnerships and shaping the Strategy, Partnerships and Corporate Affairs function at Mox. Before Mox, Edwin was Managing Director, Regional Head of Investor Relations for Standard Chartered and started his career with Standard Chartered in 2003 as a management trainee.
