Hong Kong, 20 Apr 2023 – Mox Bank Limited ("Mox" or "the Bank") is excited to announce that it will be hosting a promotional booth at Langham Place from 20 Apr to 31 May 2023. This is our only official booth throughout our promotional period, which is located at B1, Langham Place, where our promoters will be available to share information about the bank and our latest offers.

Our booth will operate daily from 11am to 10pm, and our authorized promoters will be wearing Mox Bank uniform and identifiable with staff badges. Please exercise caution and remain vigilant of potential scammers or criminals who may attempt to impersonate as Mox Bank's promoters and request for your personal information.

Our authorized promoters will never ask for your passwords or one-time password (OTP), nor will they request to use your device to open bank accounts on your behalf. If you encounter anyone claiming to represent Mox Bank or receive any suspicious messages, SMS, or phone calls claiming to be from Mox Bank, please promptly notify us by emailing hoax@mox.com or contacting our customer service hotline.
