To make scanning your identity card easier, we recommend placing it on a dark surface and ensuring sufficient lighting. After successful scanning the front of your identity card, flip it over and scan the back.

When taking a selfie, please keep your phone at a horizontal angle for easier facial recognition. Avoid having other people in the background when taking a selfie.

After you’ve successfully opened your Mox Account by 31 July 2025 and complete the spending requirement on Mox Credit Card during the promotion period, the Cash Rewards will be all yours!

I’ve replaced my expired Mox Card. How do I update my Mox Card details at The Club?

You can update your Mox Card details at The Club using one of two methods:

Method 1: Remove the old card before shopping and add the new card during payment

  1. On The Club homepage, click “Profile” to access the “Member Profile” page.
  2. Under “Settings”, select “My Credit Card”.
  3. Click the “trash bin” icon to remove the existing Mox Card.
  4. Start shopping and add your new Mox Card details when making a new purchase.

Method 2: Add the new card directly during checkout

  1. At checkout, select “Mox”. Ignore the previously linked Mox Card, click “+ use another Credit Card”, and then click “Preview Order” to proceed.
  2. Click “Place Order” to access the credit card details page.
  3. Enter your new Mox Card details to complete the transaction.
