Mox Referral Programme
Where can I find how many referrals I have made using my Referral Code and successfully onboard?

Open your Mox app > tap on the upper left corner on the homepage to open the side menu > tap “Invite friends” > View under “Your progress” for your successful referrals

What would be the Eligible Referral Transactions?

"Eligible Referral Transaction” means a transaction for the purchase of goods or services, as we determine, from time to time, to be eligible to contribute to the satisfaction of the requirement in clause 5(d) of the ‘Mox Referral Programme 21 Terms and Conditions’. For a transaction to be an ‘Eligible Referral Transaction’: (i) the transaction must have been processed through the Mastercard network; and (ii) the transaction must have been settled by the merchant (i.e. appear as ‘completed’ in the Mox app) by the end of the period specified in clause 5(d) of the ‘Mox Referral Programme 21 Terms and Conditions’.

When could I start counting the spending period?

Referee can meet the Spending Requirement during the period beginning on and from their Joining Day and the following 60 days.

Where could I check my eligible spending progress as a referee?

Open your Mox app > tap “Mox Rewards” > tap Welcome rewards under “My Progress” and review

Why do I spend on last day but doesn’t count eligible as a referee?

Eligible referral transactions must have been settled by the merchant (i.e. appear as “completed” in the Mox app) from referee Joining Date and the following 60 days. We will deposit into your Mox Account upon settlement of the last Eligible Transaction that you have made to satisfy the Spending Requirement.

When will I get the reward?

Referrer rewards: You will receive your cash reward in your Mox Account within 60 days after your friend completes their first eligible transaction on their Mox Card or Mox Credit Card.

Referee rewards: We will deposit into your Mox Account upon settlement of the last Eligible Transaction that you have made to satisfy the Spending Requirement.

What is my friend’s (referee) spending status?

You will receive your cash reward in your Mox Account within 60 days after your friend completes their first eligible transaction on their Mox Card or Mox Credit Card.

If you would like to know the exact spending status, you may have to contact the referee for details.

Could I enjoy the rewards if the referee had a closed account before?

To get the rewards as a referrer, the referee should have never held a Mox Account in their name, at any time. The Referee is considered to have held a Mox Account even if they haven’t completed any transactions on their previous Mox Account.

As the referee, to enjoy the rewards, you have not held a Mox Account in your name, at any time, in the 12 months prior to your Joining Day. For example, you have closed the account at 31 Aug 2024. You could only enjoy the welcome offer with your account opened on/after 1 Sep 2025.

Why am I eligible for the reward but referee is not?

The rewards for referrer and referee are governed by separate T&Cs. Therefore, the eligibility should be different. You may refer to ‘Mox Referral Programme 21 Terms and Conditions’ for the referrer’s reward.
