We are excited to announce that Mox has a staggering 300,000 customers! Our customer base has increased by nearly 50% in less than four months comparing to the end of 2021.It has also tripled since we launched Mox Credit in May 2021.

Our growing customer community highlights the rising popularity of Mox Credit since its launch in May 2021. In 2022, we have processed nearly one million transactions each month, handle over 100,000 Mox Credit applications, and with almost 80% of these applications processed straight through with no additional documents. Customers who prefer to spendborrow with Mox Credit also choose our loan services, i.e. Split Purchase, Instant Loan and Instant Clear. These loans can be accessed by Mox Credit customers instantly¹.
We are pleased to see how engaged our customers are with us. On average, our customers log in almost every other day. Nearly 80% of our customers have used at least two Mox products and services.
