At Mox, our journey began by learning the needs and wants of Hongkongers – to make banking accessible to everyone in the city. Our focus is our customers, so we put out surveys and conducted ethnographic research to discover pain points, frustrations and opportunities in order to bring innovative banking experience to Hong Kong.
And now, 5 months after our launch, we spoke to customers from all walks of life to learn how our effort in listening has paid off!
