Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a person to fill our Product Manager, Securities Trading role reporting to the Head of Investment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the voice of the Mox Invest customers.
- Provide insights on stock trading and other investment products, and related technology and market trends, pre-empting imminent disruptions and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop best-in-class investment solution and end-to-end customer experience.
- Manage the entire product development process working closely with business analyst, UX teams, technology teams to plan for the product feature backlog, prioritisation, and delivery.
- Ensure appropriate testing is conducted to meet functional, performance and resilience requirement and releases are smooth to customers.
- Work with internal and external customers to analyse the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
- Own and manage the product roadmap.
- Develop scope and define backlog items that guide the engineer team.
- Solve problems, make educated decisions, and complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate the product needs with business partners.
- Run the Invest Steer Committee and keep management up-to-date on latest project progress.
- Work with data team to provide relevant insights both to external customers, relevant to their product needs and holding, and internal users.
- Design, monitor and report on product KPIs, measure effectiveness of features and sharing results.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of investment product in particular to stock trading.
- Have good idea about how the UI and UX should be with a best-in-class investment platform.
- Solid experience in product ownership and platform as well as service delivery with a strong technical background.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge about the platform developing skills and APIs.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A team player.
- Fluent in English.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- An ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Attention to details.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or any other relevant discipline and experience.
