Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a seasoned sales professional that will enable Mox to effectively utilise partner and merchant retail outlets to acquire new customers and activate them on various banking products.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the effective selling of Mox in merchant channels, working with our partners frontline sales team and providing the training, coordination, and relationship management that will enable success.
  • Lead and manage a team that will visit, train, and coordinate with partner and merchant retail outlets and their frontline sales staff.
  • Willing to have hands-on involvement visiting partner stores, ensuring both people and POSM opportunities are maximised to promote Mox.
  • Ensure all retail promotional activities are compliant to conduct and regulatory guidelines, and implement mitigation measures if gaps are identified.
  • Provide guidance and assistance in the placement and management of merchandising in stores.
  • Improve the quality of sales in stores with additional guidance and training.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Partnership teams to develop materials that best support frontlline sales activities.
  • Support the development of new partner and merchant opportunities.
  • Provide regular and timely reporting on key performance metrics, merchant and customer behavioural observations, and issues requiring escalation.
  • Key KPIs will be the number of visits, customer acquisition, and product adoption trends per store.

Requirements

  • University graduate 10+ years of sales experience in Hong Kong.
  • Demonstratable experience in retail sales, especially in training and managing indirect frontline sales teams of sales/distribution partners.
  • Strong attentiveness to detail, self-motivation and ability to work under a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think innovatively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications in both Chinese and English.
