What we are looking for

We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our Operations Team as Office Administrator. As part of our team, you will become an integral member of our dynamic and energetic work environment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office operations.

We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in office software applications and the ability to multitask effectively are also crucial for success in this role. As you excel in your role, you will have the chance to take on additional responsibilities and advance within our organization.

職責範圍

  • Responsible for full range of office administrative duties, including but not limited to maintaining office supplies, arranging equipment maintenance and handling mail and courier services.
  • Be the first point of contact for office related matters with colleagues, building management office and external vendors.
  • Process the invoices, billings and expenses in relation to the office management.
  • Assist in staff onboarding and offboarding process by managing the access cards.
  • Arrange the necessary logistics for company and team events e.g. townhall meetings.
  • Support the office with general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.

要求

  • At least 3 years of work experience.
  • Experience in office administration or team secretarial role preferred.
  • Able to work independently, good common sense, responsible, well-organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pleasant and self-motivated personality, positive mindset, able to work with diverse culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, quick learner and good team player.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
  • Proficient in Mac OS, MS Office and other new office communication tools – O365 and Slack.
