Who are we looking for?

Reporting to the Head of Marketing at Mox, we are looking for a Designer to help us visually captivate customers and tell stories that promote our brand and services. He/she will play a role in shaping the Mox brand in ways that will win customers’ hearts and help us achieve our business objectives. This will require you to:



  • Be responsible for designing, developing, and executing promotional and communication materials to achieve designated business goals, from campaign key visuals, digital banners, POSMs, and any other marketing assets.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Design teams to formulate the right narrative and approach to craft captivating visual content and assets.
  • Partner with Mox’s in-house design team or external agencies to ideate and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain our brand identity through both execution and management of relevant guidelines.
  • Independently coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, from gathering requirements to obtaining approvals, and implementing content through different channels or product owners.
  • Act as the gatekeeper to ensure accuracy and consistency of our marketing and communication deliverables.
  • Provide support for other tasks of the Customer Team as required.


  • A portfolio showcasing his/her design experience across both digital and traditional print formats.
  • 8+ years of design experience in agency or in-house capacity.
  • Proficient in essential design tools such as, but not limited to, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Animate, etc.
  • Solid experience with HTML5 banner production is a must, plus knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
  • Strong self-motivation to initiate and execute work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Sense of humour, a creative mindset, and the ability to communicate to customers in a serious yet fun way.
  • Agile mindset and openness to challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Diploma or above in Web / Graphic / Multimedia / Animation / Web Design or related discipline.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English. Ability to read Chinese is preferred but not essential.
