職責範圍
- Reporting into the Head of Corporate Affairs, the Corporate Affairs Lead works closely with internal stakeholders to enhance awareness and reputation of the bank by devising external communications strategies and implementing programs aligned with the bank’s purpose, missions and key priorities.
- Prepare press releases, speeches, presentations and other external/ media communications materials. Build and maintain positive relationship with media outlets and respond to media inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Pitch media interviews to communicate bank’s updates and innovations.
- Plan, coordinate and manage media events.
- Collaborate with other internal stakeholders during issues and crisis and come up with rapid media comms plan and media line-to-take/ messaging.
- Monitor media coverage, public forum comments and alert relevant teams and provide guidance upon reviewing negative public forum sentiments/ media coverage.
- Coordinate with external parties and partners in all external communications projects to position the bank as leader in virtual banking industry.
- Support other ad hoc projects when needed.
要求
- Degree holder with 8 - 10 years of experience in PR, communications and reputation management.
- PR agency candidates are considered. Working experience in financial institutions with internal communications experience is an added advantage.
- Experienced in dealing with business media.
- Excellent communications, language and writing skills, both English and Chinese.
- Experienced in event management.
- Good stakeholder management.
- Proactive, creative, accountable and results-oriented.
- An excellent team player with collaborative can-do spirit, adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
