To borrow or not to borrow? Borrow only if you can repay!

General terms and conditions (in particular, Part B ‘Instant Loan of Schedule 3 ) and the Instant Loan Key Facts Statement apply. Details are available in the ‘Legal documents’ section of our website.

The maximum amount of an Instant Loan depends on the status of your Mox Credit. For example, your maximum Instant Loan amount will vary depending on factors such as your available credit limit for Mox Credit.

The Annualised Percentage Rate ranges from 1.28% to 21.68%, with repayment period of 3 to 60 months.

The APR is calculated using methods specified in relevant guidelines as set out in the Code of Banking Practice. The APR is a reference rate, which includes all applicable interest rates, fees and charges of the product, expressed as an annualised rate. The APR for an Instant Loan is subject to Mox’s final decision on a case-by-case basis and the Mox Credit account status at the time Mox receives the Instant Loan application.

#Once you confirm to top up, all your existing Instant Loan(s) will be closed. Applicable fees and charges, including any interest accrued since last Mox Credit statement and the early settlement fee of your existing Instant Loan(s) will be charged to your next Mox Credit statement for repayment.

¹Compared against 15 banks in Hong Kong on the lowest Annualised Percentage Rate (APR) for installment loans as published on official website or mobile application as of 15 October 2024. For an Instant Loan on a Mox Credit transaction of HKD950,000 spilt into 6 monthly instalments, the Annualised Percentage Rate (APR) is as low as 1.28% (which does not includes cash reward of Instant Loan Cash Reward Promotion), the total loan repayment amount is HKD 953,534.
