For security, you are required to transfer at least HKD 1,000, CNY 950 or USD130 to your Mox Account from a bank account in your own name held with a licensed bank in Hong Kong or Mainland China. Until this same name transfer is completed, certain transaction limits apply, including a zero daily limit for some activities.
No, You may only hold one Mox account. If you hold both a Hong Kong ID and another form of identification, please use your HKID for account opening and verification. If our system detects multiple accounts under your identities, we will notify you, and you will have 30 days to close the duplicate account(s).
