Who we are looking for?

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager.



  • Support Performance Marketing Lead to achieve business and Marketing KPIs and lead primary agency partner and members of the in-house marketing team to drive revenue growth, launch new campaigns and optimize all day-to-day acquisition marketing activities via digital channels. Also to explore new online acquisition and user engagement opportunities.
  • Drive digital marketing campaigns to support and create synergy with the “always on” acquisition strategy across all Paid Search, Organic Search, Display Advertising, Affiliates, Email and Social channels for APP downloads and user growth.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design online advertising messages and A/B testing structure and optimize user experience.
  • Plan and execute all SEO/PPC/Display campaigns in conjunction with external agency/ vendor partners as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible to manage a sustainable and productive relationship with external agency/ vendor partners to ensure the best results for all parties.
  • Measure and report performance of all performance channels, and assess against goals (ROI and other KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize overall spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Ensure efficiencies and growth within existing channels while optimising quality of targeting, media cost and ROI.


  • Solid experience in digital marketing and advertising, preferably in agency environments and in-house.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing successful digital marketing campaigns with proven track record.
  • Strong analytical skills, embracing the concept of data-driven thinking in all aspects of your work.
  • The ability to be creative, with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving and PPC management tools.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience Agile way of working and tools.
