We are looking for a Manager /Assistant Manager, Compliance.

職責範圍

Reporting to the Lead, Compliance to provide core compliance support including:

  • Assist to review and update the Bank’s compliance manual, policy and standards.
  • Assist to conduct thematic compliance assurance and self assessments for the Bank.
  • Support to enhance the framework on Privacy, Conduct, Outsourcing matters.
  • Prepare the MIS reporting and committee materials.
  • Support the roll out of Risk Control Self Assessment (RCSA).
  • Support licensing applications and regulated roles notifications.
  • Support to manage regulatory changes process including dissemination, tracking regulation implementation, perform gap analysis and other follow up actions to ensure the Bank complies all applicable Group requirements and regulatory requirements.
  • Support to handle and advise on regular submissions / ad-hoc surveys, regulatory information request / enquires / inspection, and coordinate appropriate responses to their queries.
  • Ensure prompt escalation of regulatory issues to management.

要求

  • University graduate or above in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial institution or Audit firm, preferably in Audit/ Compliance/ Governance role.
  • Posssess a good risk management mindset.
  • Good knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to banks is preferred.
  • Sound business acumen, able to make judgment independently with strong sense of ownership.
  • Able to work independently with excellent analytical skills and meticulous to details.
  • Above all, possess an “can-do” attitude and willing to challenge the status quo.
