Input to process and system design of relevant FCC Controls and Advisory processes tailored to the Virtual Banking’s model.
Set and implement the vision, strategy, direction and leadership for the FCC Controls and Advisory, consistent with the vision and strategy for FCC and in support of the Group’s strategic direction and growth aspirations.
Analyse comprehensive impact of financial crime related regulatory matters on the relevants business area and its operations.
Ensure that key changes (to laws, rules, regulations) are communicated and cascaded (in region/country), in coordination with group communications.
Review significant risks and issues (e.g. SAR’s and confirmed name matches) reported to ensure that all connected parties, particularly across borders, are identified and reported at the appropriate levels –internally as well as externally – across all relevant jurisdictions. This should include the use of “link analysis” tools.
Lead or influence significant programmes of work for the development, design and implementation of FCC Controls objectives.
Review new business requirements and provide solutions where required.
Bachelor Degree of relevant discipline.
Previous experience on SAR analysis/ML investigation or related experience in retail banking.
Professional qualification such as ACAMS to prove the knowledge on AML/CFT.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager, FCC Advisory.
