Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Contract Senior Human Resources Operations Specialist / Human Resources Operations Specialist.



  • Liaise with various HR (Human Resources) teams to support the HR Operations process.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR services support teams to ensure effective delivery of HR operations to meet HR objectives and business requirements and regulations.
  • Responsible for internal policy and process review, enhancement and implementation and ensuring HR practices and policies are fully compliant with local laws and regulations.
  • Support on employee life-cycle, including but not limited to staff movement, offboarding process, etc.
  • Responsible for maintaining the employee data in HR and various systems and ensuring the employee data is appropriately updated.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure accuracy of payroll and tax, and timely renewal of expatriate visa.
  • Handle employee’s enquiries on HR operations.
  • Support the people agenda and staff engagement plans.
  • Responsible for end-to-end governance of programs e.g. vendor relationship management, compliance and other statutory requirements.
  • Handle ad hoc initiatives/tasks.


  • At least 3-4 years of related experience.
  • Good MS Office knowledge especially MS Excel.
  • Banking experience is preferred.
  • Detailed minded with good interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English communications.
