Finance and Treasury Transformation Manager

The job holder is a primary support on the technological and system/ process transformation related matters within Mox Finance. He/she should is responsible in driving transformation projects for timely and accurate Financial / Regulatory / Liquidity and Management reports for new Banking and Treasury Products.

In addition, the job holder should be responsible on the day to day maintenance, reconciliation, monitoring and control on the General Ledger system so that the internal and external control standard can be met.

Finance and Treasury Transformation

  • Provide end to end implementation support for new retail banking products and treasury products, focusing on the data required by Financial reporting, Regulatory Reporting, Liquidity reporting, Tax reporting, Business Performance, and Treasury related areas.

  • Analysing the business and reporting requirements with various finance teams and transform to technical pieces with Finance Technology Squad.

  • Collaborate with other stakeholders (e.g. Operations, Technology, Treasury, Risk etc) in order to define data/ operation processes for new products.

  • Monitor the progress on the system built with technical squads and Vendors.

  • Participate the system and user acceptance testing.

  • Post Implementation Review, monitoring and support.

  • Coordination with different internal counterparts to ensure the financial data is being sourced and processed accurately.

Finance systems monitoring and control

  • Reconciliation on the General Ledger balance with the upstream systems and escalate to relevant parties if necessary.

  • Ensure the system healthiness by monitoring the key system control logs and alerts.

  • Maintenance of Chart of Account, GL analysis reports and Trial Balances for other Finance stakeholders for regulatory/ financial / risk reporting and monitoring.

  • Resolve reconciliation discrepancies, conduct in-depth analysis on the data and propose solutions on the reconciliation breaks.

  • Other ad-hoc reporting and control tasks around the system and operations.

  • Understanding with banking operation and statutory requirements.

  • Understanding and practice in Agile/Lean projects, SCRUM/KANBAN approaches etc.

  • Excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong English and communication skills.

要求
  • University degree holder in Business Administration, Accounting,  Finance, Information System or equivalent.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking industry with exposures in finance and accounting and/ or system enhancement projects. Working experience in General Ledger system is preferred but not a must.

  • Knowledge on banking products (e.g. deposits and loans, credit cards, FX etc.) and treasury products (Money Markets, CD, EFB/N, Bonds etc).

  • Understanding with banking operation and statutory requirements.

  • Understanding and practice in Agile/Lean projects, SCRUM/KANBAN approaches etc.

  • Excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong English and communication skills.
