You will be working within the CIO Office focused on financial operations for Technology and providing executive support to the CIO.

  • Responsible for financial operations activities within Technology team to ensure timely, accurate payment to Vendors (vendor registration, processing payments, tracking invoices).

  • Manage Vendor non-employed workers’ onboarding, allocation, time reporting and offboarding, ensuring adherence to internal policies and processes.

  • Establish efficient and effective vendor management and process improvements, collaborating with key stakeholders including Finance, Risk, Compliance, Digital Trust and Legal.

  • Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reporting and analysis.

  • Support CIO to coordinate meetings and with administrative tasks.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, coordinate content and draft meeting minutes.

  • Investigate and problem solve payment related issues with SCB central Teams.

要求

Essential

  • University undergraduate student, Accounting or Business-related discipline is preferred.

  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, fast & efficient, reliable and able to work independently.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Sharepoint and Outlook).

  • Experience with finance and vendor management processes and systems (e.g. Oracle PeopleSoft, SAP Ariba).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders.

  • Professional discretion.

Desired

  • Experience with tools such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Slack.

  • Previous experience with the PA or admin role would be great.
