Make the split in 3 easy steps!

Step 1: Open your Mox app > go to ‘More’
Step 2: Tap ‘Borrow’, then choose ‘Split Purchase’ or ‘Split Your Statement.’
Step 3: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your application. That’s it!

Reminder: You may only apply for 'Split Statement' through the Mox app once the Mox Credit Statement is issued and before the statement balance has been fully settled.

Link your Cathay Membership Account to Mox

  1. Log in to the Mox app > tap ‘Mox Rewards’
  2. Under ‘My Progress’ > Select ‘Cathay Membership Rewards’ > Tap on ‘Add now’
  3. Register your Cathay Membership Account > Finish registration

The fees for Split Purchase will be reviewed from time to time. Each monthly instalment for a Split Purchase is charged to Mox Credit and will show on your Mox Credit statement. Please pay your Mox Credit statement balance in full on or before its due date to avoid finance charges (interest).

²Clause 9 of Schedule 1 (Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Card Management) to the General Terms and Conditions (which can be found in the Mox app and/or on our website) applies.

³From 4 May 2021, earn unlimited CashBack calculated at 1% of the amount of the eligible transaction made with Mox Credit.

⁴From 26 September 2023, earn unlimited CashBack calculated at 2% on the amount of the eligible transaction made with Mox Credit, if you have an eligible balance of HKD75,000 or more in your savings accounts with Mox at the time you make the relevant transaction. Starting from 3 November 2024, the eligible balance requirement for earning unlimited CashBack calculated at 2% on eligible transactions made with Mox Credit will increase from HKD75,000 to HKD250,000. For the avoidance of doubt, any ‘cash on hold from unsettled cash’ in your Mox Invest Account and balances in your Time Deposit Account(s) will not count towards your eligible balance.

⁵From 26 September 2023, earn unlimited CashBack calculated at 3% on the amount of the eligible transaction made with Mox Credit made at ‘supermarkets and grocery stores’, as classified by MasterCard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited). From 1 October to 30 November 2024, register the offer in Mox Rewards at Mox app to earn CashBack calculated at 3% on the amount of the eligible transaction made with Mox Credit at selected daily merchants, up to HKD210. Selected Daily Merchants 3% Cash Reward Campaign Terms and Conditions applies.
