Who are we looking for

In Payment & Treasury operations, we manage the payment transactions life cycle, accurate settlement of our Treasury instrument and to delight our business partners through our market knowledges and digital innovation.

Our role is to ensure the bank critical process running smoothly including preparing messages for SWIFT/CHATS, manage process exceptions and handling enquires from internal stakeholders. We are looking for a detail-oriented person to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inward/outward remittance in FPS, CHATS and SWIFT Channels.
  • Manage Nostro Accounts and Reconciliations.
  • Process Treasury settlement including MM, Bond, Interest Rate Derivatives or other asset classes.
  • Handle internal customer enquiries.
  • Assist the team lead in various payment and operations related projects.

Requirements

  • Approximately 2-3 years of relevant payment or finance experience, preferably with a fast growing fintech startup or banking.
  • Attention to detail and able to work under time pressure.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Able to collaborate with external counterparties;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and capability to adapt to changes;
  • Associated degree or above in Finance, Business Administration or relevant disciplines;
  • Non-Hong Kong working hours support may be required on request;
