Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced individual to lead the collection of outstanding debts for our unsecured lending portfolio for Mox. This role designs and executes the collections strategy, and negotiates the payment arrangement with the customers who are in need.



  • Develop and execute the management information and analyse the delinquency trends and portfolio performance.
  • Monitor the customer payment’s behaviour, offer assistance and solutions to customers having financial difficulties, including Debt Restructure Program and other concessions arrangement. For cases requiring further follow up, work with the Debt Collections Agencies (DCA).
  • Monitor the performance of the DCAs, and ensure they act according to the applicable compliance and law requirements.
  • Oversee the portfolio to ensure all the collections process aligns with the credit risk management policy, including early and contractual write-offs.
  • Work with the internal parties on ways to enhance the end-to-end collections process and performance.


  • Minimum 8 years' work experience of managerial role in any retail credit management/debt collections operations, with solid experience in handling IVA, DRP, and managing the DCAs.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Analytical and self-motivated, sensitive to the market/economic trends
  • Able to work under pressure, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word & MacOS applications
