Product Owner – Marketing Tech

You will join the Customer teamand lead cross-functionally to delivery capabilities and services that enables Mox to learn quickly and scale easily, enabling rapid growth in our users and our business.

Responsibilities
  • For a technical product, project or initiative, define and manage the roadmap, milestones, and dependencies with broader strategic priorities in mind.

  • Prioritize initiatives appropriately, weighing trade offs that must be made

  • Work with internal and external customers to understand needs, define features, write product specifications, iterate on feedback, help write test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and ultimately ship products/features in a timely manner

  • Collaborate with engineering, architects, design, and QA to foster strong team dynamics

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet org-wide goals

  • Communicates effectively across the organization, including leadership, to ensure the product road map is aligned with business objectives.

  • Work relentlessly to make sure your team is focusing on the right things, while not spreading too thin.

Requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience as a product owner or program manager

  • 2+ years’ experience with Agile/SAFe framework

  • Proven track record delivering and iterating on successful software products

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, prioritization and organisational skills

  • Technical fluency with experience leading diverse stakeholders at all levels.

  • Know how to inspire, motivate, influence and support team members and stakeholders to get things done

  • Comfortable facilitating planning and decision making across several teams

  • Able to translate you and your team’s knowledge & experience to a strategy and prioritized backlog.

  • Experience with or exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP or Azure

  • You possess commercial acumen, can read P&L, and able to articulate opportunity vs. threats, cost vs. benefits, etc

Preferred Experiences:

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign)

  • Experienced in marketing automation journey design and setup, and the coordination of multiple parallel-running campaigns

  • Knowledgeable with marketing best practices, responsive template designs, omni-channel engagements

  • Proficiency in SQL and AMPscript is a strong plus

  • Strong communication and collaboration experiences with marketing and technology teams

  • Experienced in collaborating with offshore teams
