Mox Bank has an ambitious agenda to grow its retail financial business lines with fee revenue over the next three years and there will be an unrelenting focus to build the most conducive customer journeys and digitise every experience to cover to prospects and existing clients with multiple type of need based insurances. As a member of the Mox product team and the lead for the Insurance business, the candidate will have responsibility for all lines of digital insurance acquisition, xSell and upsell. Working closely with the Design, Technology & Marketing teams this business leader will define the go to market approach, drive business development and deliver on the digital acquisition strategy, deliver campaigns and ensure the build of a robust insurance revenue line to meet our business goals - whilst ensuring fundamentally shifting the way Mox markets insurance to its customers – shifting from product focussed messaging to a customer need based approach. Hire, train and nurture a team of practitioners, providing best practice education and guidance with respect to Insurance purchase journeys and provide product matter expertise to enhance the value efficiency of marketing campaigns in partnering with the right insurance partners.
