Who are we looking for?

Join our agile Cyber Security team at Mox Bank as a Technical Lead to work on strategic initiatives for our Bank. You will help us to further our vision leveraging, developing, and automating cutting-edge cloud technologies to further enhance the Cyber Security Engineering practice and uplift the Bank’s overall security posture.

You will provide technical leadership to the DevSecOps squad, have an Agile mindset with a keen interest in DevOps engineering across a range of technologies, while showcasing solid communication and team-player skills.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will have experience in:

  • AWS Cloud technologies and architecture patterns.

  • Solid continuous deployment and delivery (CI/CD) tools.

  • Experience with Source Control and SDLC tools.

  • Well versed with Python scripting, experience in GoLang would be an added plus.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Ten or more years of industry development and DevOps experience in fully automated cloud-based CI/CD environments, preferably AWS.

  • Have a good mix of both Windows and Linux Server Administration experience.

  • Have a good understanding of the concepts and requirements of DevOps and expert knowledge of designing CI/CD pipelines.

  • Strong leadership, mentoring and senior stakeholder engagement skills.

  • A true DevOps passion for automation and innovation and problem solving.

  • A passion for developing fit for purpose solution designs.

  • A passion for coaching and developing technology teams.

  • Solid and extensive in-depth experience with infrastructure as code.

  • Demonstrable experience in standing up, configuring, upgrading, monitoring K8S clusters, and ability to debug issues with K8S workloads.

Requirements

Required

  • Previous experience in Cybersecurity engineering.

  • Experience with Vulnerability Management tooling or general experience in Vulnerability Management and patching.

  • Experience in setting up and configuring Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions.

  • Experience with SIEM solutions.

  • Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.

  • Experience with Container Intrusion detection tools.

  • Experience in all is not mandatory but any exposure to the areas these tools deal with is extremely preferable.
