What are we looking for

We are now looking for passionate individuals to join our Customer Care Team. You will be at the forefront of serving our customers using the latest tools and technology. You will interact with our customers via text chats and emails.

You will contribute directly to the success of Mox by interacting and serving our customers.

This role is particularly attractive to those who wants to start their career in the virtual banking business. The Bank offers a progressive development plan for our Customer Support Officers. For good performers, after serving in the team for 9-12mths, you will have the chance to rotate to other internal departments and extend your potential in full.

Please note that you’ll first be employed by Allegis Global Solutions for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to the incoming text chats and emails from the customers.

  • Resolve the issues and queries for the customers.

  • Introduce our add-on service to the customers, and encourage application and enrolment.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Perform shift duties including weekends and public holidays.

  • 5-day work per week (with significant extra allowance for those who can work 6 days a week).

Requirements

  • Diploma or above.

  • At least 1 years’ work experience in the customer service team of any financial institution.

  • Solid product knowledge of banking, credit card and personal loans a clear advantage.

  • Positive mindset and can-do spirit, doesn’t mind going extra steps, team player.

  • Good command of written Chinese and English, proficiency in word processing an advantage.
