We are looking for a C&B Ops Manager to handle all compensation & benefits programs including but not limited to pension, payroll, insurance renewal, benefit scheme, leave etc.

Responsibilities

  • Support annual agenda, plan & budget.

  • Handle all compensation & benefits programs including but not limited to pension, payroll,insurance renewal, benefit scheme, leave etc.

  • Liaise with various HR teams to support the whole HR Operations process.

  • Prepare various reports to Finance, HR and other departments.

  • Coordinate/Carry out annual salary benchmarking exercise.

  • Provide C&B guidance, HR operations process and advice to all staff.

  • Support the people agenda and staff engagement plans.

  • Support Annual Performance Appraisal Process, Annual Review and bonus cycle with respects to adherence to compliance and risk management.

  • Prepare the remuneration disclosure in annual report.

  • Responsible for end-to-end governance of programs e.g. vendor relationship management, compliance and other statutory requirements.

  • Actively developing employee health and well-being programs in the context of the Bank needs.

  • Evaluate existing programs against external market, along with employee voice to conceptualize & design new innovative programs.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory frameworks and internal procedures as they relate to market specific C&B programs.

  • Handle ad hoc initiatives/tasks

Requirements

  • At least 8-10 years of related experience.

  • Good MS Office knowledge especially MS Excel communications.

  • Banking experience is preferred.

  • Fluent in English.
