Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist to help bring to life various marketing initiatives to continuously power exponential growth at Mox, a new virtual bank in Hong Kong backed by Standard Chartered in partnership with PCCW, HKT and Trip.com. We’re redefining banking, making it better, the way it should be.
Implement marketing campaigns from understanding business requirements through managing the entire production, coordinating and managing both internal stakeholders and external agencies along the process to ensure accurate and quality outputs.
Manage and execute our content marketing calendar, from planning for timely and relevant topics to executing the material across channels, whether on the Mox app or website to our various social media channels.
Build and deploy marketing materials on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, whether that’s creating and sending a simple email to working with technical teams to develop complex automated customer journeys.
Actively monitor campaign performance and provide scheduled reports to review effectiveness.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and translate those opportunities into potential marketing activities.
Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk and other cross functional teams to ensure we are compliant to regulation and governance.
University graduate with at least 3 years of consumer marketing experience in Hong Kong.
Experience in eCommerce or exposure in financial or service industries would be a plus.
Meticulous paying attention to detail, whether it’s checking accuracy of content or design elements.
Demonstrate hands-on proficiency executing digital marketing, whether eDM to display banner or a social media post.
Adaptive to change with the ability to meet deadlines, and ability to work under a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communications in both Chinese and English.
